At Christian Crossing Lifeline Center Church, our mission is to spread love and hope through faith. We believe in empowering individuals to find their purpose in Christ and serve the community.
Marie Chesser, 86, of Taylorsville, passed away November 5, 2025 at Baptist Health Louisville. She was a retired employee of GE and a member of Christian Crossing Lifeline Center. She enjoyed quilting, working puzzles, and playing Phase 10 and cornhole. She was preceded in death by her parents, Otis and Sarah Redman; a son, Joseph Chesser; a daughter, Connie Chesser; along with her siblings, William Redman, Christine Palmer, Mary Francis Croft, Glenna Richards, and Darvin Redman. She is survived by her loving husband, William Earl Chesser; three sons, Larry, Darvin (Helen), and Scott (Tamra) Chesser; a daughter, Phyllis Coulter (Ronnie); a brother, Marvin Redman (Georgiana); along with 14 grandchildren, 27 great-grandchildren, and 6 great-great-grandchildren. Funeral services will be held 11 a.m., November 11, 2025 at Christian Crossing Lifeline Center, with burial to follow in Valley Cemetery. Friends may visit 4-8 p.m. Monday and after 9 a.m. Tuesday at the church. In lieu of flowers, please consider making a donation to her church.
